The 1 1/2 oz. popper was designed to be a swimmer that could imitate various bait fish in fresh and saltwater. It will easily pop along the surface and can be fished with a continuous chug or with a more erratic retrieve. If you want it to sink a bit more to fish below the surface, change the belly hook to a 2/0. Give it a pop and hold on!
